WPMD provides WordPress services and is owned by Christien Paul who is responsible for certain personal information about you.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
When visitors or users submit a form, we capture the IP Address for spam protection. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the Form fields. This includes any attached files including but not limited to images, documents, user logins, etc.
Cookies
This website is built with WordPress. By default, WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos from youtube). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to track the interactions of our visitors. No personal data is collected, merely an activity log of actions taken on the website, i.e. clicks
Who we share your data with
The only 3rd parties we share your information with is MailChimp (our mailing list service), Freshbooks (our accounting system) & Stripe (our payment gateway).
How long we retain your data
We retain your data for up to 6 years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
WPMD will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties (beyond what is necessary for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the basic functionality of an online service) without your consent.
We do, however, share your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information with MailChimp, Freshbooks, Stripe, and WePay. This data sharing enables WPMD to deliver the goods you ordered directly to you. Those third-party recipients are based outside the European Economic Area.
We will not share your personal information with any other third party.
